Summary
After a fight with Hyacinth, Eloise returns to her room and dozes off. When she wakes up, she's not in her own house, or her own era. Instead of 1815, it's 1916, where Downton has been converted to a convalescence for the sick and wounded. She's fascinated by it all, despite being thrown off by the rapid changes. While a lot has evolved, some problems from the past still remain, though a glimpse of women who strive for more inspires her. She meets a young female journalist traveling through who seems to have a connection to a boy she'd long forgotten.
Through all the chaos, she gets to a see a future that makes her question everything about her present.
Set during season 2 of Downton Abbey.
