Intro:
Everyone and their mother has a guide, or a favorite website with tips and tricks for writing, and there are a ton geared specifically towards writing fanfiction, but information for non processes and tutorials for making non-text based transformative works are a little harder to find, they are more scattered, and a lot of the tutorials are for making audio works for outside of a Fannish space, where the process can be a bit different. This collection is aimed to gather those resources in one place, and to encourage the creation of new tutorials, references, guides, and meta discussion for creation and appreciation of audio based transformative works.

(3. a photo blog of the process of putting together a recording space. (4 A meta commentary on a a fan radio play you enjoyed.). (4. A list of free, easily accessible, or even costly audio plug ins or for cleaning up/Adding sound effects to audio. (5. A guide for different microphones. (6. The process of how you put a filk togetherQ:Why can't I add _____ here?
A: We all enjoy many different types of fanworks, and all of them are just as valid as the other, but this collections specifically for discussing audio based fanworks.Q: Why aren't there any cover art tutorials in this collection?
A: A lot of the design rules and tips for making cover art fall under wither, graphic design, typography, or traditional art design rules, because of that, for ease of sorting, those posts are under the other two collections Graphic design, or traditional art.

Rules:
If you are posting a breakdwon of a podfic or another audio work that you specifically did not create, please do not put any constructive criticism in it unless the creator specifically says con-crit is welcome in their profile. This is a place of celebration and information, not a review platform. In fandom we play be the rule of nice, and part of that is if someone doesn't want't con-crit, you don't give it. that still applies even if this isn't posted as a comment on the original work.
