Summary
For every soul that dies, they are sent to two divine beings to be judged. The sinless souls go to the Canine god Cerberus, while the sinners go to the feline god Tiamat. Tiamat is angered that she has to torture souls who are already tainted, they offer her no nourishment should she eat them.
